 Phillip
R. ("Rod") Krass founded our firm
in 1969 in Shakopee, Minnesota. The firm's focus
was on general real estate, municipal land use issues,
as well as civil litigation. Rod became well known
throughout the seven-county metropolitan area for
his skills in the courtroom.
In 1985, Dennis L. Monroe,
whose reputation for handling complex tax controversy
work was known throughout Minnesota, and who already
had a well established corporate practice, joined
forces with Rod, and we became known as Krass & Monroe.
In 1989, we moved our offices to Minneapolis,
Minnesota, with excellent proximity to the Minneapolis/St.
Paul International Airport, and in 2003 we moved
to a state-of-the-art facility designed to better
serve our clients and provide for future growth.
Throughout the years, Krass Monroe has grown, adding
professionals and practice groups that carry out
our mission to deliver innovative legal and business
services.
