A shareholder at Krass Monroe, P.A., Pat concentrates on commercial real estate development and financing, with emphasis on negotiating deal terms, drafting documentation and resolving complex title, environmental and land use issues. Working extensively as lead counsel for national franchisees and franchisors, financial groups and investment companies, Pat has provided representation in the following:
- Multi-million dollar acquisitions
- Sales
- Leasebacks
- Private equity transactions
Pat’s in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate law and her level of commitment contribute to helping clients attain their goals and grow their businesses with highly successful results.
She is a member of several professional associations and is the past chair of Perspectives, Inc., a non-profit organization serving at-risk and homeless families and children.
Pat earned her B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
