A shareholder at Krass Monroe, P.A., Terry's practice focuses on health, life and disability (including ERISA), commercial and employment litigation. As a commercial litigator, he represents businesses in matters including:

• Disputes over the sale of goods

• Leases

• Unfair business practices

• Shareholder relationships

• Dealer/sales representative terminations

• Trademark infringement

Terry’s employment practice emphasizes consulting with employers to avoid disputes and litigation over wrongful termination, non-compete agreements, and compensation/commissions. He contributes to health, life and disability publications. He serves as co-chair for the American Bar Association Torts Trial and Insurance Practice Section and is a state representative to the Defense Research Institute.

Terry regularly practices in the state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and the federal district courts for the Districts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska. He also handles appeals before the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Graduating with a B.A. in journalism and mass communication from the University of Minnesota, Terry earned a Juris Doctor from

William Mitchell College of Law.
