An associate at Krass Monroe, P.A., Shanna specializes in real estate transactions and formation of common interest communities. Her extensive expertise within the Twin Cities’ real estate industry is a valued asset to clients of the firm’s real estate and corporate groups. Prior to joining the firm, Shanna was an associate at Winthrop & Weinstine in their real estate group and served as in-house legal counsel for a commercial real estate developer and management company.

Her business law experience includes assisting clients with entity formation, contract drafting and business planning for owners and institutional clients.  Shanna is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Minnesota and is a member of the American, Hennepin County and Minnesota Bar Associations.

Shanna received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2000 and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1997.
