An associate at Krass Monroe. P.A., Monica
focuses her practice on employment law and commercial litigation. She
represents clients in court, administrative agency proceedings
and in arbitration and mediation matters. Monica
also works with clients to advise them on how to avoid
litigation and potential risks.
Monica works with clients that include local
and national businesses in a wide variety of industries
including manufacturing, technology, retail, hospitality
and food service, real estate and professional services. Monica
is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts
of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a member of the Hennepin
County and Minnesota Bar Associations and Minnesota Women
Lawyers. Monica is also the President of the University
of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Association and serves
as a mentor to a law school student.
Monica received her J.D., cum laude, from
the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2004 and
her B.A., cum laude, from the University of North Carolina
Charlotte in 2000.
