A senior financial analyst at Krass Monroe, P.A., Greg serves as a member of the firm's Public Finance, Taxation, and Advisory Services practice areas. He provides clients with a valued perspective due to his broad experience with financial modeling, management reporting, cash flow analysis, and project assessment. In the area of Public Finance, Greg has been involved with the following:
- Design of financing programs for redevelopment, housing and economic development
- Preparation of various financial analyses relating to public and private development projects including:
- Preliminary and final cash flow analyses
- Impact statements for affected taxing jurisdictions
- Analyses determining municipal subsidies/investments
- Revenue notes
- Internal rate of return analyses
- Debt capacity analyses
- Maintenance of on-going cash flow analyses for tax increment financing districts for multiple cities
As a Certified Public Accountant, Greg prepares and reviews individual, corporate and partnership tax returns and has also developed numerous spreadsheet models related to merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining the firm in 1989, Greg was a member of the microcomputer function in the national CPA firm of McGladrey & Pullen. At McGladrey & Pullen, he served as the technical support supervisor, supplying microcomputer hardware, software, and local-area network support to 2,500 employees in 70 offices.
Greg has received a B.A. in accounting from St. Cloud State
University.
