As an "of counsel" member of Krass Monroe, P.A., Charlie offers seasoned representation in the area of commercial real estate law, assisting clients with large merger, acquisition, sale and financial transactions as well as smaller scale projects. A retired partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Petersen, Tews & Squires, Charlie brings more than 50 years of legal experience to the firm. In the early 1980's, he transitioned his focus from corporate practice to commercial real estate and became a Real Property Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1989. 

Charlie authored "Minnesota Practice Methods" (West), chapters on "Mortgages" and "Foreclosures" (1990).  He is the former President of the Ramsey County Bar Association Real Property Section and was featured in "Who's Who in America Law."

Charlie earned an A.B. degree at Williams College and a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Michigan.
