An attorney at Krass Monroe, P.A., Andy represents clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, finance, securities and franchising and distribution.

His wealth of experience in finance and securities includes management of issues ranging from senior debt to common equity, start-up phase through the exit stage, and initial placements to recapitalizations. His work also encompasses general securities, banking, high-yield debt, private equity and other finance and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Krass Monroe, Andy worked in the London office of a large Wall Street law firm.

Andy’s diverse client base includes some of the largest companies and financial institutions in the United States and Europe, as well as first-time entrepreneurs. He has served a variety of industries including restaurant and hospitality, automotive services and other retail and service enterprises. With his extensive experience in finance and franchising, Andy has represented the following:

Graduating with a B.A. in economics, magna cum laude, from Macalester College, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif from the University of Minnesota Law School.
