Randy's ability to integrate the firm's transaction and finance practices allows him to bring a breadth of experience and a constructive business approach to sophisticated and complex transactions.
As a participant in the firm's franchise retail practice, Randy assists clients with franchise finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructures and workouts, real estate and related transactions. He is a frequent speaker at franchise and finance-related conferences and has been honored by Franchise Times as one of franchising's top 100 "Legal Eagles." Randy is active in various banking committees and organizations. He also has served on non-profit boards and committees devoted to the issues of homelessness and affordable housing.
Randy graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1984.
