The presentation was held at 317 on Rice Park in St. Paul, MN. Sysco is the largest marketer and distributor of food service products in North America, with a distribution network that extends throughout the United States and Canada. |

This intensive training course focused on the latest developments in business exit planning. Scott and Mark were also featured in “Who’s Who in Trust & Estate Planning and Elder Law” in the December/January issue of Minnesota Law & Politics. |
Dennis Monroe and other firm attorneys handled the legal documentation necessary for the acquisition of three properties for Urban Ventures. The property will be used for construction of a youth center and high school. Dennis is the current Chair of the Board for Urban Ventures, a non-profit corporation devoted to building a successful community in South Minneapolis. |
