Gay Cerney, an attorney in our Public Finance practice group, was a speaker at the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (MN NAHRO) 8 state region conference on May 8, 2006. She participated in two sessions, “Economic Development Tools: Overview” and “Economic Development Tools: Case Studies”. The sessions gave a general overview and supplemental case studies of the tools from different states within the region that help jurisdictions meet their housing and redevelopment needs.
