Minnesota, along with most states,
has laws which govern the relationship between
franchisors and distributors, with franchisees,
manufacturer’s representatives, and dealers. If
you have not been exposed to such laws and are
not aware of them, you may be in for a rude awakening
if these laws apply to you.
