Franchise Disputes
Arrow Minnesota, along with most states, has laws which govern the relationship between franchisors and distributors, with franchisees, manufacturer’s representatives, and dealers.  If you have not been exposed to such laws and are not aware of them, you may be in for a rude awakening if these laws apply to you.

Our litigation group has appeared on both sides of such disputes over these relationships and understand the laws that govern these situations, both the rights and obligations of the parties governed by these statutes, and the way these laws have been interpreted by the courts.

The statutes involved often do not require a contract to create such a relationship, and sometimes our clients discover too late their actions have made them a franchisor or dealer as determined by statute.  Should you have any questions at all about franchise and dealer relationships, it is always a good idea to contact us and be sure.
